What areas do you service?
We're based in St. Petersburg, FL, and travel up to 50 miles from the city — covering areas such as Clearwater, Tampa, and Sarasota.
When will I get my Photos & Videos?
All photos and videos are delivered by 8pm the next day after your shoot.
Virtual twilight or staging edits may take 1–2 business days.
How do I make a payment?
Payment can be made online via invoice using Zelle, Venmo, Checks, or Card.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem - life happens!
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule without a fee.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Most photo and video sessions take between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on property size and lighting conditions.
What if I’m not satisfied with my photos or videos?
Client satisfaction is very important to us.
Minor revisions are always free - just let me know what you’d like adjusted.
Who owns the property photos&videos?
Once payment is complete, you receive full usage rights to the images for marketing and listing purposes.
Sunlit Space Photography retains the right to use selected images for portfolio and marketing.
